Women We Admire names Krista Boe among the Top Women Leaders of Michigan

CORAL GABLES, Fla., April 15, 2024 — Acorn Health’s Chief Clinical Officer Krista Boe was featured fourth on the 2024 Top 50 Women Leaders of Michigan, a list published by Women We Admire. Boe was recognized for her leadership role within Acorn Health and her work with the Michigan Autism Council.

Boe, of Grand Rapids, MI., is a passionate and dedicated clinician with extensive strategic health care executive leadership experience. She has served diverse patient populations, across a multitude of care settings, and as a member of highly cross-functional teams for more than 15 years. She currently serves as the Chief Clinical and Compliance Officer at Acorn Health, a foremost provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) delivering quality care for individuals diagnosed with autism across seven states.

Boe joined Acorn Health from the outset in 2018 as the business poised itself to scale, and was instrumental in developing the organization’s clinical tenants, and laying the groundwork for maintaining high-quality clinical services for all clients. Acorn Health is paving the way for quality care and measurable outcomes in the ABA space with a mission to help children lead more meaningful and independent lives.

Krista is uniquely equipped to operationally define the answer to the question, “What does it mean to be a high-quality clinical provider?” She possesses the skill set required to define, disseminate, measure/assess, and evolve a clinical product. Krista is extremely passionate about the role she plays in ensuring clinical quality is at the forefront of every decision made and every client served and championing the need for refinement and improvement as Acorn Health scales.

“It’s incredible to be acknowledged among such remarkable women in the State of Michigan,” Boe said. “At Acorn Health, we deeply value our mission of moving learners from the left to the right on the Behavioral Health Index (BHI), toward their most meaningful and independent lives, and being recognized for that work further affirms that we’re making a difference in the lives of those we have the privilege of serving. “
