Acorn Health is pleased to announce that Sarah Vega has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Payor Relations.
In this role, Vega is responsible for leading all aspects of Acorn Health’s payor relations, including contract management, negotiations, and compliance. Her work also includes a continued effort to strengthen Acorn Health’s payor stakeholder relationships, while always maintaining the families we serve as the center of our purpose.
“As a servant leader, I’m thrilled to be a part of Acorn Health’s mission of providing quality applied behavior analysis therapy to children with ASD,” Vega said. “I believe that we must recruit and partner with our payor community to raise industry standards on quality of care, while simultaneously increasing access to ABA services for children with autism and their families.”
Vega is a pediatric physical therapist with a wealth of progressive experience directing organizational growth, including having previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for pediatric therapy businesses and as COO of an applied behavior analysis and speech therapy practice.
She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
