Acorn Health Acquires ABC’s of Applied Behavior Analysis in Virginia

Acorn Health, a national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is pleased to announce the acquisition of ABC’s of Applied Behavior Analysis. The acquisition of ABC’s expands Acorn Health’s presence in Virginia and furthers its mission of providing high-quality, center-based ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with autism. ABC’s operated two clinics, one located in Salem, VA and one located in Wytheville, VA. The Company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acorn Health, and will operate under the Acorn Health brand.

“We are thrilled to welcome ABC’s into the Acorn Health network of high-quality ABA centers,” said Vicki Kroviak, CEO of Acorn Health. “The addition of ABC’s expands our services to areas of Virginia we had not yet been able to reach to help families and children with autism. ABC’s offers a unique early intervention program, reaching families at a time that is so critical in a child’s development. We are honored to partner with the team at ABC’s and continue to provide excellent clinical services.”
