Acorn Health’s Madison Heights Location Now Open

CORAL GABLES, Fla., Aug. 15, 2024 — Acorn Health announces the opening of its fifth location in the greater Detroit, Michigan area. The new center, located at 29429 John R Road, is now accepting new applied behavior analysis (ABA) clients as young as 18 months in the Madison Heights area who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

“I’m really excited to be part of Acorn Health’s efforts to expand access to care with the opening of our newest location,” said Lauren Miller, M.A., BCBA, LBA, clinical director of Acorn Health at Madison Heights. “Detroit, like many other large cities, is home to many children whose families are looking for ABA services that are both high quality and conveniently located. I’m thrilled the new Madison Heights center will provide increased opportunity for families to access these vital services, helping more children with ASD gain the tools they need to live meaningful and independent lives.”

Serving families in Michigan since 2010 and as Acorn Health since 2018, the organization’s presence in the state has grown to serve more than 19 locations. Join us on Thursday, September 19 at 4 p.m., during our open house to see how Acorn Health centers are thoughtfully designed with designated spaces that cater to the unique needs of our clients, ensuring an environment that optimally supports learning and the effective delivery of ABA therapy.
