Acorn Health is pleased to announce that 15 of its locations recently achieved Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) Accreditation®. The newly accredited centers join the rest of Acorn Health’s locations across seven states in achieving the distinction.

The third-party designation is considered a highly coveted achievement that confirms Acorn Health meets or exceeds industry standards within applied behavior analysis services.
The full accreditation process typically takes 3-6 months, and includes document reviews, direct observations by BHCOE evaluators, staff and family surveys, review of staff qualifications and an extensive review of policies and procedures across all function areas.
The accreditation gives providers, caregivers and other key stakeholders confidence in an organization’s compliance and standardization within the industry. It also enables ABA providers to promote and grow their practices as standardizations are achieved and families seek accredited organizations for services.
